Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns except in the event of a damaged or defective product.  If you would like to return an item, please email orders@reimagined-health.com to receive return instructions, if your item is eligible.

We have a flat fee of $11.95 for shipping. Free shipping on orders over $250.

These products can only be shipped within the continental US. If you would like something shipped internationally, please contact orders@reimagined-health.com and we can check to see if your item is available from our international distributor.

Most of our products are shipped in 2-3 business days, but some items can take up to a week or more. Once we receive tracking info for your order, our shipping manager will email it to you. Important – We are seeing delays across the board by all carriers and delivery dates are sometimes being underestimated. If your delivery date has passed, please be aware your package is still in transit and will be delivered soon. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
