Dosage Instructions:

Directions: Apply once or twice a day. Massage into inner arms, thighs, and chest or apply to the inner forearm and rub arms together or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner. This container yields approximately 70 pumps with 50mg of bio-identical progesterone USP (5%) per pump. This all-natural product is only intended for external cosmetic use.

Pre-menopausal/peri-menopausal women: Do not use 2 days prior to the expected period through 5 days after completion of the period. Consult your physician for more information.
